Very much enjoyed my 2 night stay. Excellent bed, fantastic, varied breakfast buffet, and such friendly staff in all parts of the hotel. Great location near the station with River walk. The only thing I was uncomfortable about was the lack of toilet brushes in the rooms, which could be unpleasant for the cleaning staff.

I only stayed for one night but it was great. It's only what you expect from premier inn. Efficient book in service. Rooms spacious, clean and quiet. The staff friendly and professional. I came by train and the hotel was 5 min walk and near to all amenities. Also, the beefeater restaurant was next door. I would definately recommend.

Premier Inn is our regular go-to for reliability, price and quality sleep. This one in Dundee did not disappoint, except that it’s looking tired. Overdue update investment. Hence 4 not 5 stars overall. Shout out to the Reception Team - without exception, smilingly and cheerfully efficient. Five star team, three star infrastructure.

Great location, and overall clean rooms and friendly staff. Why 4 stars? The rooms could be cleaner (I found a ball of human hair in the middle of the room first time I came in) and the hand soap bottle has blackened soap residue all over the rim. Furthermore, the automatic check in machines failed to check in 4 groups of people that arrived at the same time, so not helping at all (thankfully the receptionists deal with everyone promptly).
