About Four Points Flex by Sheraton Dundee
South Union Street puts Four Points Flex by Sheraton Dundee right where the city centre meets the waterfront, with the train station directly beneath the hotel and the regenerated riverside area, including V&A Dundee, an easy walk away. It's a practical base for arriving by rail and heading straight out to explore, with no need for a car.
The hotel has 120 rooms spread across five floors, all en-suite with air conditioning, and family and accessible rooms are available. Rooms are consistently well kept and spacious, with comfortable beds and strong showers. There's a restaurant and bar on site, along with breakfast served each morning covering a good range of options, though some find the breakfast charge steep for what's included. Staff are attentive and quick to help with local advice. Other facilities include free WiFi, a lift, luggage storage, laundry service, drinks available in rooms, and meeting rooms for business visitors.
Beyond the hotel, the surrounding area suits walkers and cyclists, with golf and fishing also nearby, plus a good spread of pubs, restaurants and entertainment within reach. There's no parking at the property, so it works best for those arriving by train or on foot.
What guests say
We've been coming here for several years. Fist time under Four Points ownership. Nothing much has changed. Staff are helpful and friendly. Bar staff not as attentive as before and sometimes have to look around to find them. Location brilliant. Love sitting in the lounge area looking out at the people below and scenery. Shame not able to get a coffee after 9pm as the machine had been cleaned. Rather bizarre as it is a hotel. Breakfast overpriced and definitely not good value. Overall still a good stay but could improve.

I was there last week with my friends and we had an amazing stay at Four Points Flex. From the moment we entered the staff were very friendly and understanding. They treated us very well and provided excellent hospitality. The rooms were nice and clean with air con that made it even better. Staying here was totally worth it. Thanks for the amazing hospitality.

Spent 2 nights at the 4 Points Flex-Dundee and I couldn't be happier. Arrival was a breeze even while a new employee was being trained. Inwas thanked for being a Bonvoy Ambassador and granted an early check-in. I was in room #539 which had plenty of space, albeit a small bathroom... but quite manageable. The view of the V&A Museum and RRS Discovery was breathtakingly gorgeous. Breakfast was standard American business hotel fare, but it served it's purpose. The hotel is conveniently attached to the Dundee rail station and only a short walk from the City Center. All in all a great stay and amazing value. Will stay here again if I find myself back in Dundee!

I've been having to go to this hotel quite a few times recently due to medical issues and the staff here has been absolutely fabulous. They are so incredibly accommodating, kind, and professional. The bar area is fantastic and the drink are delicious. The accessible rooms are beautiful and the pillows are the most comfortable I've ever used. I'm only disappointed I can't buy them for home (I have inquired if they're available commercially). My only complaints have been handled by the front desk staff very professionally and in a timely manner. As for location, it's very conveniently located right above both Dundee train station and a Tesco Express for any little bits and bobs you need during your stay. Downtown Dundee is only right down the street, maybe a few 100 metres away. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. My only warning for other disabled travellers coming here is just to avoid the head cleaner.
