What visitors say
Special shout out to Zach (staff) who was excellent and my kid loved the land rovers! All the staff were brilliant. Food was nice too & canteen staff great. Police car experience and JCB driving is great. Plenty to do. Just check the height restrictions. Safari is nice too. Would suggest booking in advance.

The most fun you could have with your clothes on. A great day out. All rides are controlled, and organised, by staff. We went on a Saturday during the school holidays and it was perfect, controlled, no queues and all the rides your body could handle. I'm 64 and together with my 8 year old grandson we had a fabulous time. He cant wait to go back.

I was disappointed with my visit to Diggerland. I'd seen so many positive reviews, so it's unfortunate that I'm having to write a negative one. When we first arrived, the staff were welcoming, and there is a gift shop at the entrance. However, there aren't many rides and attractions available. If your child is under 90 cm, I wouldn't recommend visiting, as they check height restrictions at every attraction, and children under 90 cm have very limited options despite receiving free entry. The concept of Diggerland is great, but I don't think it offers good value for money. Tickets cost £26 per person if booked online or £40 per person on the day, and some attractions require an additional payment, which I don't think is fair considering the admission price. Because there aren't many rides, you'll likely have experienced everything within a few hours, making the ticket price feel even less worthwhile. I also don't think adults should have to pay the same admission fee when they're only accompanying children, as it's primarily a children's attraction. If you're planning to visit, I'd recommend bringing a packed lunch or snacks. The cafeteria was expensive for the portion sizes, and I didn't find the food particularly enjoyable. Diggerland does have an indoor soft play area located next to the food court, which is a nice addition for younger children. Overall, I really wanted to enjoy Diggerland because the idea behind it is unique, but unfortunately I left feeling disappointed. For the price you pay, I expected more attractions and better value for money.
