Browney Cottage

Browney Cottage is a traditional two-bedroom property sleeping four, set in County Durham near the village of Lanchester. The ground floor contains a sitting room with a wood burner, and a kitchen-diner equipped for self-catering with electric cooking, a fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs are a double bedroom and a twin, served by a bathroom with a shower over the bath and heated towel rail.

The cottage comes with its essentials covered—electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, along with initial logs for the burner. Outside, a small lawn has garden furniture and a sitting area; parking for two cars is on site. The immediate surroundings offer numerous footpaths and cycling routes, while Teesdale and Weardale are both roughly half an hour's drive away. Lanchester village, with pubs and restaurants, lies about two miles off. No smoking is permitted.
