Manor Park Cottage

Manor Park Cottage suits couples, families or small groups wanting their own space in the countryside south of Durham. The living area has a wood burner and Smart TV, while the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking. One small dog stays free, and there's private parking for two cars on the grounds.

The cottage sits in a rural setting with views across a lawned garden and patio area. Durham is 13 miles away, with Lanchester and Consett nearby. The location puts you within reach of walking country—Teesdale and Weardale are 20–30 minutes' drive, and numerous public footpaths start close by. Hadrian's Wall is an hour away. The Derwent Valley Railway Path, popular with cyclists, runs east towards Durham. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided, plus initial logs for the wood burner. No smoking indoors.
