Grange Cottage

Grange Cottage is a single-storey property sleeping four, set on ten acres of meadowland near Durham. Everything you need for a self-catering break is provided: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. The kitchen comes with a full set of appliances—oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and coffee machine—so you can cook as much or as little as you like. The living room has a 40-inch Smart TV, DVD player and an electric woodburner; French doors lead out to a south-facing patio with garden furniture and a barbecue.

The first bedroom has a kingsize bed with an ensuite shower room; the second offers two single beds that zip together to form a double. Both rooms have Freeview TV and heated towel rails, and the main bathroom adds a bath with shower over. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. Outside, there is an enclosed lawned garden and a separate patio area. One dog stays free of charge, and the owners provide extras for visiting pets. On-site parking fits two cars, and the property has level access throughout with wide doorways. No smoking inside.
