Meadow View Cottage

Meadow View Cottage is a two-bedroom property sleeping four, with direct access to walking country in the North Pennines. The nearest town is Durham. A pub sits within a mile, and the Lakes and Dales Coop is nearby for supplies. The whole cottage is yours alone, and one pet can stay free of charge.

Ground floor contains the living and dining space, fitted with a wood burner and smart TV, plus a kitchen equipped for full self-catering with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. There's a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, useful after muddy walks. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and smart TV, one with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and heated towel rail. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; a travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

Outside, an enclosed courtyard and garden have seating and furniture. There's a bike store on site and outdoor taps for rinsing off after riverside rambles. The property does not allow smoking. Parking is on road.
