Moss House

Moss House opens into a spacious ground floor designed for gathering. The living room has exposed stone walls and a woodburner; the kitchen and dining room flow together with their own woodburner, creating a natural hub for a group. Beyond these main spaces sits a games room with a snooker table, dartboard and projector screen. Upstairs are four bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower, two with kingsize beds, and two rooms with zip-and-link single beds that can be pushed together—plus two shower rooms with walk-in showers and heated towel rails.

Outside, an enclosed garden across the lane has a patio, seating and a barbecue. The property also has a private hot tub and sauna. Parking covers two cars on-site, with additional space on the road. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with initial fuel for the woodburner. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The house is a 20-minute drive from Durham itself, giving access to the cathedral city and the surrounding dales.
