Seascape Rise
County Durham
Teesdale's rolling landscape forms the backdrop to Seascape Rise, a terraced house that sits within reach of some of the region's most dramatic natural features. High Force and Low Force waterfalls lie nearby, along with Cauldron Snout and Bleabeck Falls—particularly striking after heavy rain. The village setting keeps you close to a pub within a mile, while Barnard Castle and Raby Castle are accessible for a day out, and the Northumberland coast lies further north.
The house itself has three bedrooms: two doubles and a twin, sleeping six in total. Two bathrooms—one ensuite to a double bedroom, the other main—serve the property. The kitchen and living area open onto each other, with enough space to cook and gather. A large garden with a picnic bench makes the most of the views across the surrounding countryside and toward Harter Fell. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included; the property is non-smoking.
