One of the most beautiful places to stay. The walks are amazing around Mickelton itself and a short drive away from Barnard Castle. The family who own Mickelton Mill are lovely kind and friendly. This is a lovely place to take any loved ones always feel welcome here and people on the site itself are so warm and friendly.

I've had a caravan on this beautiful site since about 1983! Catherine and Thomas are continuing with the brilliant work of Keith and Carole keeping the site as a friendly but quiet and peaceful place to escape to. I live in Wales now but still enjoy many visits and hopefully will for the rest of my life!
