Woodpecker Hollow is a detached single-bedroom property on a working farm in the Medomsley Edge area of County Durham. Everything is on the ground floor: an open-plan living and kitchen space with a sofa bed, French doors onto decking, and an external shower room. One dog stays free (additional dogs by arrangement), though they must be kept on a lead. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided; the kitchen has a gas hob for cooking, and there is parking for one car on site.
The decking overlooks the garden with seating and a barbecue. The location is rural and quiet, near J T Driving and within reach of Durham itself. Smoking is not permitted. Guests should be aware that the shower room is external, and check-in is from 16:00 with checkout at 10:00.
