Piggles Retreat- Bear house

Piggles Retreat – Bear House is a single-bedroom cabin on a grounds that includes a boating lake, putting green, and badminton court. The whole property is yours alone. Everything is on the ground floor: an open-plan living and dining area with a smart TV, a kitchen with electric hob and combined microwave-oven, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet. A hot tub sits on the cabin's own space. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided, along with on-site parking for one car. No smoking indoors.

The grounds themselves are the draw. Rowboats are available on the lake. The putting green and badminton court offer straightforward recreation. Subtle lighting across the property makes evening walks along the tree-lined paths feasible. A barbecue area exists (shared with other properties on the site). Do note there is an unfenced lake in the grounds.

Cambridge lies within reach for punting trips along the Cam, exploring the university colleges, or browsing the town's shops and historic buildings. Newmarket, famous for horse racing, sits nearby – the museum is there, and you can watch racehorses training on the tracks at dawn. Felixstowe's beaches and seafront are accessible for a coastal day out.
