Sidmouth's seafront is a short drive away, but Boswell Farm itself gives you reason to stay put. The 52 acres include a tennis court, children's play area, and a lake to explore on foot. The cottage sits within this working farm setting, surrounded by countryside but close enough to the coastal town for an evening out.
Millhouse sleeps five across two bedrooms: a king bed upstairs, and three singles downstairs. Both bedrooms have ensuite facilities. The ground floor holds a fully fitted kitchen, dining space and access to your own enclosed garden with seating and a firepit. Heating, electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. There's parking for two cars on site. One pet stays free of charge.
The cottage suits families wanting space to spread out, or anyone travelling with a dog who appreciates a secure outdoor area. No smoking indoors.

Boswell Farm is in a stunning location deep in the Devon countryside. The surroundings are peaceful and the views charming. There is also on site EV charging which is always a bonus. However the cottage itself was disappointing. There were worn and frayed carpets with two unpleasant and possibly dangerous holes - one on the staircase. The whole place seems to be in need of some TLC which, I'm sure, would make it an outstanding place to stay.

Beautiful place to stay, very old fashioned cottages but that just adds to the experience, we booked literally a couple hours before we arrived, couldn't be happier. Well maintained tennis courts were a treat, so much space for walking the dog. Very friendly owners who were more than happy to help with a query or question. Can walk into the tiny village for food and a shop.would happily stay here again
