Haldon View is thoroughly equipped for self-catering. Two fridges mean space for a week's shop. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered, and a welcome pack arrives with you. The living spaces spread across the ground floor—a sitting room with TV and Freesat, a separate dining area for six, and a garden room with wood burner and bi-fold doors opening to the patio where the gas barbecue lives.

Three bedrooms sleep six: a ground-floor king with ensuite shower, a first-floor king, and a double. Upstairs there's also a study and a full bathroom with bath and separate shower. The property occupies a quiet private lane in Lympstone village, near the sailing club, with the Exe Estuary visible from the main rooms and gardens. Two patios—one at ground level, one above—give views across the water; the upper one takes shallow steps to reach. Off-street parking fits two cars. No smoking indoors; hen and stag parties are not accepted.
