The thatched roof of Little Hog Cottage is visible from the street in Seaton, a working coastal town in East Devon where independent shops, cafés and pubs sit alongside the seafront. The cottage itself is a complete property for four guests, with two king-size bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs, a living room and open-plan kitchen-dining space opens directly onto an enclosed rear garden with sitting furniture, making it easy to move between indoors and outside.
The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking: electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. A Smart TV, books and games are in the living room. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included. There is parking for one car on site. The cottage does not permit smoking.
Seaton Beach is a two-minute walk away. The Kings Arms pub is nearby, and the stretch of coast lends itself to exploring on foot. The property suits families or groups looking for a straightforward seaside base without fuss.

Our stay at Little Hog was pure perfect! The house was cozy, spotless, and full of character — with a perfect mix of rustic cottage with modern touches. Every detail felt thoughtful, very well kept and homely. A peaceful, picture-perfect getaway — we can’t wait to return!

Little hog is a charming, lovely cottage for a relaxing time away, everything you need is there. The beds are very comfortable and you have a lovely night sleep. You can relax in the delightful garden with a fine glass of wine. The seafront is only a five minute walk away with nice restaurants with a nice walk along the promenade. - Dawn & Jeremy Lowe

Little Hog is a Delightful cottage. We had a lovely holiday here. Its very well equipped, very clean and comfortable cottage. We had good weather and enjoyed relaxing in the garden- great outdoor seating area. Good walks from the cottage didn't take the car out once - went to Beer and Seaton wetlands. We strolled into Seaton itself, which is full of lots of independent little shops and great cafes. We enjoyed an afternoon on the beach (pebbles) even had a swim in the sea. We will definitely return.😀

This is a beautiful cottage marketed for a holiday rental at very high standards. The owners are thorough and offer attention to detail. I had a lovely stay, its location is a short walk to the sea front and close to the centre of all the amenities. Little Hog Cottage is a traditional thatched cottage but with good ceiling height, the stairs are a little steeper than a modern house but with a safe hand rail and not too narrow. Both bedrooms are a good size. The whole house was spotlessly clean. Little Hog has a good size garden when I stayed it was lovely weather and enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. I would thoroughly recommend and reasonably priced!
