Very pleasant stay. We were on the top floor, a steep climb which could be s problem if one was elderly or infirm. Free parking permit was supplied which is a great bonus. Breakfast was great. Be warned that if you haven't already paid online they only take cash or cheque, no plastic. Overall a very nice bed and breakfast.

Such a lovely traditional B and B with a great breakfast, fantastic shower and the cleanest accommodation I ve seen in ages . So handy for visiting Beer and the surrounding area ! Booking in was so easy ….. the simplest way to book ….. over the phone the old fashioned way, key for room waiting for us on arrival. Try it!

I would highly recommend anyone staying in beer to stay at Colebrooke House,wendy and David are Fantastic hosts and made us all feel so welcome. The rooms are delightful and the breakfasts Fantastic. A very warming place indeed.

Exceptionally clean but Dave not very helpful when we requested an extra duvet. Shame no fruit available on the second morning of our stay and would have been nice to have had plain yoghurt available too - that said would return.
