Outside, there is an enclosed garden to the front and parking for two cars on site. One well-behaved dog stays free. The cottage stands among a handful of neighbouring properties near a working farm, deep enough in the countryside to feel properly remote, yet Honiton and the wider attractions of East Devon are within reach. The property draws water from a well rather than mains supply. Smoking is not permitted.
