Thorne Farm Annexe

Thorne Farm Annexe is an upside-down cottage attached to a farmhouse in East Devon, a short drive from Exmouth. The bedroom sits on the ground floor, while the kitchen, dining and living areas occupy the first floor—an arrangement that fills the upper rooms with natural light and views across the working farm. A single kingsize bed sleeps two; the shower room is also upstairs. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob and microwave for cooking; there is Freeview TV, wifi, and heating throughout. Bed linen, towels and electricity are included.

The property stands near Lympstone and Topsham, and Exmouth's sandy beach is about eight minutes' drive away. The Exe Estuary lies nearby, popular for birdwatching and water sports, and the South West Coastal Path runs close by. Off-road parking for two cars is in the farmyard. The annexe has its own entrance and is a whole property to yourself. There is a shared outdoor seating area with access to a charcoal barbecue. Smoking is not permitted. Four steps lead to the entrance.
