The property itself is a two-bedroom cottage sleeping four, with a sitting area for downtime and private parking for two cars.

Bats Cottage comprises a ground-floor living room with a woodburner, a kitchen/dining room fitted for cooking and laundry, and a bedroom with two single beds served by the main bathroom. Upstairs, a double bedroom has its own toilet. Bed linen, towels and electricity are included; the kitchen has everything needed for self-catering. One pet stays free. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
