What an amazing place Forest Garden is! I took my best friend for a belated birthday girls' weekend, and it was truly magical from start to finish. The cabin was beautiful, cosy, and had everything we needed. Even the sofa bed was incredibly comfortable! We loved the outdoor space and the privacy from the other guests—it really felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We can't wait to come back and stay again. A huge thank you to Lisa and Charlie for being so friendly, welcoming, and kind. And a special thank you to Charlie for sharing his delicious homemade apple wine—it was such a lovely touch!

We recently hired the entire site at Forest Garden to celebrate my 40th birthday, and it was everything we hoped for and more. From the very beginning, Charles and Lisa were incredibly helpful, making the planning process so easy. They went above and beyond with recommendations for fantastic local suppliers, helping us create the perfect weekend. The setting itself is absolutely magical. We filled the weekend with yoga, massages, amazing food and drinks, and plenty of time to relax with friends and family. One of the highlights was gathering around the fire pit late into the evening after our party – it was such a special way to end the day. If you’re looking for somewhere truly unique to celebrate a milestone birthday, wedding, or any special occasion, I couldn’t recommend Forest Garden more highly. It gave us memories that we’ll treasure forever.

We booked the Orinoco Cabin for my daughter's birthday "adventure" and it could not have been more perfect!!! It had everything needed - it was cosy, clean and really nicely put together... and while going back to the basics of wood-fire heating, cooking over the campfire, eating under the stars and a whistle-kettle was fun for the kids, it was surprisingly therapeutic for the adults! I would happily come back on a monthly basis if I could! In addition the owners, Lisa and Charles, were super helpful and they really helped make our daughter's birthday experience a wonderful one!

Charlie and Lisa were a pleasure to deal with and were always attentive to our needs. The cabins are wonderfully rustic and also so comfortable. The grounds are just spectacular. Put this on your list as a must do.
