Archways is a three-bedroom house on the grounds of Ashtree Court, a small cluster of holiday cottages set within four acres of mature gardens near Skegness. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms—one double and two twins—with two bathrooms and a wet room. You have the whole place to yourselves, with parking on site and Wi-Fi throughout. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
The ground floor opens into a combined living and dining space with a Freeview TV and electric woodburner, alongside a kitchen equipped with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer. Upstairs are the three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bath. Bed linen is provided, and the essentials—heating, electricity and Wi-Fi—are included in your booking. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
The shared grounds offer a heated indoor swimming pool open year-round, a children's play area, and space for ball games. The coast is two miles away; Louth, Lincoln and the Lincolnshire Wolds are all within reach. Coarse fishing is available nearby, and various museums, nature reserves and historic sites dot the area. A shop and pub are a mile from the property.
