Lambourne House at Ashtree Court comes fully equipped for a self-catering stay: electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included, along with wifi throughout. The kitchen has everything for cooking—electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer—so you can prepare meals at your own pace. An open fire warms the main living space on chillier days.

The accommodation spreads across five bedrooms and four bathrooms across two floors. Ground level holds two reception rooms (one with a sofa bed), a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a games room with pool table, and two shower rooms. Upstairs are five bedrooms: one kingsize with an ensuite spa bath, three further kingsize doubles, and two rooms with single beds. One dog stays free, and a travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

Outside, a private seven-person hot tub sits in the courtyard, and you have exclusive access to a heated indoor pool (10m x 4m) during evening hours. The property occupies part of four acres of landscaped grounds with parking for five cars. The Lincolnshire coast—with long sandy beaches near Skegness—is ten minutes' drive away. No smoking indoors.
