Hayloft

Hayloft is a two-bedroom cottage at Ashtree Holiday Cottages, arranged entirely on the first floor for straightforward access. The open-plan living space combines lounge and dining areas, with a kitchen equipped for self-catering. Bedroom one has a double bed; bedroom two contains two singles. A bathroom with a shower over the bath completes the layout. The whole property is yours alone.

Essentials are covered—heating, electricity, bed linen and wi-fi are all included. The main draw is the shared heated indoor swimming pool, open year-round from 7am to 7pm, plus access to four acres of mature gardens with a barbecue area, children's play equipment and a ball games field. There is car parking on site and a shared laundry room. One dog is welcome.

The location puts you within two miles of Skegness and Ingoldmells, five minutes from sandy beaches, and close to the Lincolnshire Wolds. The East Kirby Lancaster Museum, RSPB Gibraltar Point and Gunby Hall are all nearby; Lincoln's cathedral and castle are within reach for a day out. A shop and pub are a mile away. Smoking is not permitted.
