Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio and furniture, plus a bike store and private parking. The property sits between Mablethorpe and Cleethorpes, both within easy reach by car. Louth, an 8-mile drive away, has three weekly markets, Georgian architecture and St James Church. The sandy beach at Mablethorpe is 4 miles off. Walks and cycle routes start from the door; fishing and golf courses are nearby. The nearest shop, pub and restaurant are 3 miles away. The property does not permit smoking. Note: there is a ditch to the rear.
