Katelan's Cottage is a self-contained property sleeping four, with everything needed for a week away already in place. Bed linen, towels and wifi are included; the kitchen has an electric oven, hob and microwave for cooking; heating is covered by oil central heating. There are two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two singles—and three bathrooms with shower cubicles and heated towel rails, so no queuing in the mornings. On-site parking for two cars and an enclosed front garden with seating mean you can come and go as you please.
The cottage sits in North Somercotes, a village on the edge of the Lincolnshire coast between Mablethorpe and Cleethorpes. The immediate area has a Co-op, two pubs, a licensed restaurant and various other shops. A fishing lake lies 50 yards away with a licensed bar overlooking it; coarse fishing is available on site if you have a licence. Walks and cycle routes start from the door. Cleethorpes, 15 miles north, has Pleasure Island theme park and the Coast Light Railway. Louth, an 18th-century market town, is 8 miles away. No smoking inside the property.

Pigeon cottage is amazing . It is the best camp site I have ever visited. The grounds are beautiful and the facilities are excellent. The owners Sue and Ray are so friendly and welcoming. Pigeon Cottage Caravan Park, Tourer and Tent Site is an absolute gem. Sue and Ray are amazing hosts who go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. The facilities are second to none—everything is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully presented. What really sets this place apart is the kindness and genuine care shown by the owners and their family. The special touches throughout the park make it clear how much pride they take in creating a wonderful experience for their guests. The bar is fantastic and run by a truly lovely family who make every visit enjoyable. From the caravan and camping areas to the cottages, the whole site is full of fun, laughter, and a warm, friendly atmosphere. I honestly wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Every visit is a pleasure, and I can't recommend Pigeon Cottage highly enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic little camp site, facilities are kept lovely and clean, beautiful senary,and a wonderful little onsite bar Harpers shack. Everyone's is made welcome and a great laugh, reasonable prices. The owners Sue and Ray have worked hard to make this a wonderful relaxing place to visit, they are the most wonderful people you could ever meet, there isn't anything to much trouble for themselves you have a fantastic holiday. I highly recommend this place 100%

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Me and my kids love it at pigeon cottage. the site is so clean and tidy and the owners Sue and Ray are always on hand if you need anything nothing is too much for them, you can see they have put their heart and soul into this place and always treats everyone like family. the cottages are spotless and so well maintained. harpers shack is a fun filled bar whether its bingo, live entertainment or line dancing practice everyone is always smiling and having fun and the beer/pop/ crisps are reasonable prices (cheaper than pubs at home) Sue, Ray and all the residents are like family to us now and we wouldn't want to go anywhere else. so thank you for making it feel like home from home to us and we will see you again soon xxx
