Upstairs, a single bedroom contains a super kingsize bed and an ensuite with walk-in shower and heated towel rail.

Avocet sleeps two and is yours alone; ground source heating and underfloor warmth are included, along with electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels. There is private parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet can stay free of charge.

The location delivers on two fronts. Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve lies within walking distance—a stretch of unspoilt coastline famous for its scale and wildlife, with a visitor centre and café. The traditional seaside town of Skegness is close by. The property does not permit smoking indoors.
