Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve stretches south from Skegness along an unspoilt coastline, and Sandpiper sits close enough for the nature trails to be within walking distance. The reserve's visitor centre and café are nearby; the beach itself is under a mile away. This converted barn is set entirely on one level, with ramp access and a wet room, making it accessible for those with mobility considerations.
Inside, everything centres on the open-plan ground floor: a living space with a 50-inch smart TV and an electric woodburner, dining area with French doors to the garden, and a kitchen equipped for self-catering with an oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. Two bedrooms—one with a zip-and-link super king bed, the other with a standard king—share a wet room and a separate toilet. The essentials are covered: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. A travel cot and highchair are available if you ask ahead.
The private enclosed garden has a patio and furniture, and your own hot tub is tucked into the space. There is parking for two cars. One dog can stay free of charge. Smoking is not permitted inside.
