Lapwing
East Lindsey

East Lindsey's coastline unfolds around Lapwing, a barn conversion positioned just beyond Skegness and a short walk from Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve. The reserve itself—a sprawl of salt marsh, dunes and shingle with a visitor centre—draws walkers year-round, while the beach is less than a mile away. This is quieter territory than the resort proper, though Skegness remains within reach for traditional seaside amenities.
The property sleeps four across two bedrooms: one with zip-and-link beds that can be configured as a double or twins, the other a super kingsize. Ground floor living is open-plan with a woodburner and doors opening onto a patio and private garden. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, and there's a separate toilet and shower room upstairs. A hot tub sits in the enclosed lawned garden, which also has seating and a barbecue. Essentials including heating, electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included, and one well-behaved pet can stay at no extra cost.
The conversion retains original features and benefits from underfloor heating throughout. Parking for two cars is private. The property is non-smoking. Check-in is from 16:00, departure before 10:00.
