Chainbridge Barns - Two Chainbridge Barns

Chainbridge Barns—Two is a converted barn with everything needed for a self-contained stay. The single-storey layout puts the kitchen, living spaces and both bedrooms on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. One bedroom has a kingsize bed, the other two singles; there are two bathrooms, one ensuite to the main bedroom and one separate. Heating is by electric underfloor system, and Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.

The property stands on the edge of Wainfleet All Saints, a market town with shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The Lincolnshire coast lies 6 miles away—Skegness with its beach and amusement parks is close by, and bird and seal sanctuaries dot the shoreline. Inland, Gunby Hall and Tattershall Castle are reachable by car, as is Lincoln with its castle and cathedral. The barns sit near the river Steeping, where coarse fishing is available on-site (a licence is required). You have your own enclosed garden with patio and seating, parking for two cars, and the run of the whole property to yourself. No smoking indoors.
