An old pub conversion in the village of Wainfleet, The Old Jolly is a substantial house built for gathering. Four bedrooms spread across two floors provide sleeping space for up to eight guests—three doubles and one twin on the first floor, a single on the ground, plus a family bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs, the living space is pitched for groups: a good-sized kitchen handles cooking for numbers, a separate dining area, a sitting room with television, and a games room for longer evenings.
The back garden is the real draw. A hot tub for six sits on a patio with furniture and sitting areas, making it the focus of warmer months. One small dog can stay free, though must be kept on a lead. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are covered, and parking is on the road outside. Check-in is after 4pm, checkout before 10am. The property does not allow smoking.
Wainfleet itself is quiet, though Skegness and the Lincolnshire coast are within reach by car, as is Lincoln. The Wainfleet Social Club is nearby if you want to know the village rhythm.
