About Batemans Brewery Caravan Site

Pitching up where your pints are brewed – with pubs and brewery tours on hand too? If you've raised a glass to that fine idea, make tracks to Batemans Brewery Caravan Site in the village of Wainfleet All Saints.

There's much here to appeal to beer fans, of course – you can see how the ales are created in the brewery, then take a five-minute stroll to sample the results in the local pub alongside your dinner. But it's not all about beer: this is a super spot in a lovely Lincolnshire location, with a river running alongside and an old windmill giving the place a sense of heritage. Days out to Skegness, Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve, Gunby Hall and the Lincolnshire Wolds are all within a 20-minute drive.

The camping area is car-free, with parking a short distance from the pitches, and as this is a working brewery, early starts are possible. On the upside, it's a peaceful, walker-friendly site with wheelchair-accessible facilities and plenty of activities nearby – from fishing and golf to cycle hire.

We stayed at the campsite in our campervan the last week of May. Lovely quiet site with good showers and toilets. Within walking distance of shops and good pubs. We would definitely stay there again.

Liked Has electric and showers and is a great location. Next a river with nice walks and a very interesting history to the town. Wainfleet is a lovely town with several pubs and takeaways, bus and train, and easy access to the coast. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Definitely a site to come back to in the future. Disliked Shower facilities were good but could be cleaner, there were not enough facilities when the site was full.

We attended a Brewery Tour as part of the Beer Club Membership which I have recently received. We both felt that Lee who was our guide for the tour, knew a lot about the brewery, it's history and you could tell he was passionate about his role as Tour guide. We felt it was one of the best tours that we had done and would have definitely be worth the money if doing it separately away from the Beer Club. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👌👍

Visited Bateman Brewery for a tour on Wednesday Evening with Tony who was very knowledgeable and was a great tour host. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area who likes beer. You also get to sample a few at the end. I went back to the brewery shop the next day to stock up.
