Chapel Sands House works well for families or small groups wanting a genuine seaside break without the crowds. The three bedrooms—one double, two singles—sleep four, and the whole place is yours alone. You get on-site parking for two cars, an enclosed back garden with patio seating, and direct access to a quiet stretch of Lincolnshire coastline; the beach is a minute's walk away.

The ground floor has a living room with a smart TV and a kitchen with electric cooking, a dishwasher, and the usual appliances for self-catering. Upstairs, the single bathroom includes a bath with shower and a heated towel rail. Bed linen, towels, electricity and Wi-Fi are provided. One dog can stay at no extra cost. The property is non-smoking, and there are two steps in the garden to be aware of.

Chapel St Leonards itself is relaxed and low-key, with local shops, cafés and pubs within walking distance. The nearby observatory has exhibitions, a café and coastal views. Further afield, Skegness, Mablethorpe and Anderby Creek are short drives away if you want more choice of attractions or activities.
