The kitchen has an electric oven, hob and microwave for cooking, plus a washing machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with a single—and a shower room with cubicle shower. Oil central heating keeps the cottage warm; electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included.

The property sits in Chapel St Leonards at the base of the sand dunes, with the beach accessible in moments. The village centre, about 250 yards away, has shops, pubs and restaurants. A large enclosed courtyard with garden furniture provides outdoor space and privacy. There is parking for one car on site. One dog is welcome. The cottage does not permit smoking.

From here you can walk to the North Sea Observatory at Chapel Point, or venture further to the traditional seaside attractions of Skegness (Butlins and Fantasy Island among them), the Georgian market town of Louth inland, or the Lincolnshire Wolds. The coast road to Anderby Creek and Sandilands is popular with cyclists and walkers.
