The Beach Retreat is a ground-floor bungalow in Chapel St. Leonards, a coastal village on the Lincolnshire shore. Its main draw is the proximity to sand: you can walk to the beach in under a minute. The North Sea Observatory, which serves food and offers yoga classes, sits about five minutes away near a dog-friendly stretch of beach.
The property sleeps four across two bedrooms—a king bed in one room and two singles in the other—plus a shower room and separate toilet. Downstairs is open-plan, with a living area (smart TV, wood-burning stove), dining space and kitchen equipped for proper cooking: electric range, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and full-size fridge. Air-conditioning serves both bedrooms. An enclosed back garden has seating and furniture; parking fits four cars. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, as is a welcome pack. One dog stays free.
The village centre, a short walk away, has independent shops, cafés and restaurants. The beach itself offers miles of sand and shallow water; locals return for the sunsets. This suits families, couples after quieter days by the sea, or anyone wanting to bring a dog without fuss. No smoking inside.
