You arrive at Copper House to find two separate living spaces spread across ground and first floors, giving groups the flexibility to gather together or retreat to their own areas. The ground floor opens into a sociable arrangement: a kitchen with dining space and breakfast bar flows into a main living room with woodburner and smart TV, and there's a second living room with PlayStation and its own woodburner. Three of the five bedrooms are on the ground floor—each with a super king bed, smart TV and ensuite—plus a utility room and separate toilet. Upstairs, two more bedrooms (one super king, one with twin singles) share a shower room. All four ensuites have walk-in showers and heated towel rails.
The restored barn sits on the edge of a working farm in East Lindsey. Outside, a large south-facing garden offers a private hot tub for ten people, sitting areas, a firepit and barbecue. There's a lawned section for games and a bike store. Parking accommodates six cars. One dog is welcome provided it stays on a lead. Essential services—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are included. The property suits families and groups of friends; smoking is not permitted.
Chapel St Leonards beach lies five miles away. Skegness and Mablethorpe are within fifteen minutes' drive, along with Butlins, Fantasy Island and Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve. A footpath leads across the fields to the village pub, about ten minutes on foot.
