The Old Stables

It's a ground-floor layout: two bedrooms (one with a king bed and en-suite, one with a zip-and-link that splits into singles), a family bathroom, and an open-plan living space with dining area and kitchen. The wood burner anchors the living room; outside, an enclosed garden backs onto fields, with a private hot tub for six and space to sit, eat or barbecue.

The kitchen handles proper cooking—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher—rather than being decorative. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with initial fuel for the stove. There's parking for two cars and a bike store. The property does not permit smoking. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Arrive after 3pm; checkout is 10am.
