The Old Granary

Spilsby sits inland in East Lindsey, but the sea is close enough that The Old Granary works equally well as a coastal retreat or a base for exploring the Wolds. This converted granary stands on a working farm, a detached building given over entirely to you and one guest. Everything is on the ground floor: a living space with woodburner and Smart TV, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, and a bedroom with a super king bed that leads to an ensuite with both bath and shower.

The garden is private and enclosed, with a terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue, plus the hot tub that makes this place special. Parking covers two cars, and there's a bike store if you want to explore the countryside routes from your door. The beach, with its long sandy stretches, is about a 10-minute drive away; Skegness and its attractions lie 9 miles off. Louth, a Georgian market town with independent shops and regular markets, is roughly 30 minutes by car. Nearer still are pubs, restaurants and shops within 2 miles. One dog is welcome. No smoking inside.
