Families, couples and small groups find Joe's Place works well for a coastal break. The single-storey layout means everything is on the ground floor—two bedrooms (one double, one with a bunk and single), a shower room, and living spaces spread across a kitchen, dining room and two lounges. One lounge has a smart TV; the other overlooks the enclosed garden. The essentials are covered: electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels. A travel cot and highchair are available. Your dog stays free, and there's private parking for two cars plus space on the road.

Mablethorpe's sandy beach lies just 300 yards away—close enough for multiple trips a day. The town has traditional seaside attractions: the Seal Sanctuary and Nature Centre, Queen's Park with lakes and play equipment, seafront cafés and amusements. Sutton-on-Sea's beaches are 3 miles south; Skegness 18 miles. The Lincolnshire Wolds and market towns like Louth and Horncastle offer countryside walks and antique shopping inland. The RSPB's Gibraltar Point nature reserve is 22 miles down the coast. The bungalow is in a quiet residential area with on-site parking and a patio garden for sitting out. No smoking inside.
