You arrive at Ash Cottage to find a compact bungalow arranged across two levels. The ground floor is dominated by a single open space that combines the kitchen, dining area and sitting room—one flowing area where a family naturally congregates. The kitchen has everything needed to cook proper meals: gas cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave, proper fridge-freezer. The main bedroom, a spacious room with a super kingsize bed and full en-suite bathroom (complete with bath and shower), occupies one end of this floor. Upstairs, the second bedroom holds two single beds and its own shower room. Both bathrooms have grab rails. The cottage sleeps four.

Grange Farm Park is a quiet family-run holiday park in rural Lincolnshire. It sits within easy reach of the coast—Mablethorpe and Skegness are a short drive away—and the Lincolnshire Wolds lie inland. The park itself has fishing lakes, a restaurant called The Stables Bar & Restaurant (on your doorstep), and a children's play area. Your garden is enclosed with seating, there's a bike store, and parking for two cars on site. The laundry room is in the courtyard if you need it. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with electricity. One well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking inside.

We stayed in Lake View 2 for a long weekend. The site is in a lovely location near beaches, and the site has a nice fishing pond, park and access to kids ride on tractors etc. The cottage was nice and they provided us with a high chair, and double parking spaces, however it seemed to lack the basics needed. The accommodation doesn’t come with wifi, and had no wifi boxes left to purchase (only 3 for the whole site apparently). Reviews for 2 years ago state the site are looking to upgrade to wifi so clearly this isn’t on their agenda anytime soon. Luckily our cottage was close to the pub so could use their wifi. Although the weather was warm the hot tub temperatures had been turned down but felt a little bit too cold to enjoy. Also we found some sort of animal faeces in the hot tub on our first day which the site attempted to clean (scoop out) the next morning- I felt the water should have been emptied fully and thoroughly cleaned. They did offer us to go in next doors hot tub the first evening. The front bedroom we couldn’t open a window in the room or en-suite and there was mould all along the window frame, so it was soo uncomfortably hot to sleep in! The tap in the bathroom of the front room dribbled cold water, yet the hot water was far too hot. The toilet fans also didn’t work, hence the mould. The cottage was dog friendly, however the owner abruptly told us our dog should be on a lead, despite walking her dog without a lead, and not providing a fenced off area on the patio of our cottage for our dogs to roam freely. The cottage was reasonably clean surface level, but slightly dated and we found a cockroach in the kitchen. The next door pub was nice, with live music and good atmosphere, but the food was disappointing. Overall would not return and was glad to get home.

Absolutely lovey place to stay, clean, lodge was spotless, so peaceful too, we had some glorious weather in the middle of June with sunset views on the decking, but unfortunately we couldnt take the opportunity to use the sunken hot tub as it was so hot while we were there (not complaining too much). Bar and restaurant is lovely clean, bar is a bit on the small side if you have a large gathering but the meals were very nice, does have a large outside area with a teepee! overall we will be back cant wait and we highly recommend!

We chose to have our wedding at the Grange Farm Park as was looking for relaxed, outdoor wedding. After our first visit, we knew this was the venue for us. We have visited the park several times for meals, all of which have been lovely. Rebecca, Ellie and all the team are friendly, welcoming and very attentive. It was an absolute pleasure to our wedding at this lovely venue! We stayed for 2 nights and the accommodation was lovely, fresh and modern with lovely views overlooking the park and lakes. The team and venue made our wedding so special and beyond our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble! All our guests loved the relaxed, outdoor tipi themed wedding. My partner and I enjoyed the wellness spa with modern, clean changing rooms. The hot tub was enormous with different current strengths. We loved see all the free range chickens, fishing, sheepdogs and budgies. I can't recommend the Grange Farm Park enough! 5 star in every aspect!

Absolutely beautiful park. The caravan number 4 was spotless and so spacious and even had complimenttary milk and tea coffee and sugar to get you started.. Can’t wait to come back everyone are so nice nothing was to much trouble there was a wedding on but the noise wasn’t too loud,, the only downside in caravan 4 was the small fridge but apart from that it was perfect, definitely coming back soon so relaxing and fantastic fishing
