The Pastures

The Pastures is a modern four-bedroom house sleeping eight, laid out across two floors with ground-floor access to the garden. What you walk into is a spacious living area: the ground floor holds a living room with a 50-inch screen, a kitchen and dining space with bi-fold doors that open onto a patio, and a utility room with washing and drying facilities. A bedroom and ensuite are also on this level, plus a separate toilet. Upstairs, three further bedrooms each have their own ensuite with walk-in shower. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included; heating is gas central. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and full fridge-freezer—and there are televisions in every bedroom and the main living space.

Outside, an enclosed garden surrounds the property with patio seating and a private hot tub for six. Parking accommodates four cars. Children have space to play; a travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available. One small dog is welcome. Non-smoking only.

The coast lies three miles away, with sandy beaches at Sutton on Sea, Mablethorpe and Sandilands all within a ten-minute drive. Skegness, Butlins and Fantasy Island are under half an hour away. Grange Farm Park is within walking distance and offers free fishing for guests.
