Cowslip Cottage is a modern four-bedroom house sleeping eight, set in East Lindsey within reach of Norfolk's beaches. The coast is five miles away; closer still are footpaths, local pubs and the Lincolnshire Wolds. The property comes as a whole to yourself, with parking for six cars and a private hot tub in the back garden where you can soak year-round thanks to the air source heat pump that also feeds underfloor heating throughout.

Ground floor holds a living room with a 65-inch TV, an open-plan kitchen and dining area with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, plus a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. One bedroom with a super king bed is also down here, with an ensuite walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Upstairs are three more bedrooms: two more with super king beds and ensuites, and one with two single beds and ensuite. Each bedroom has a TV. The kitchen opens to a patio and garden seating area.

Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. One small dog is welcome, kept on a lead. The property is non-smoking. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.
