Holding Holiday Homes - Sycamore Lodge
East Lindsey
Sycamore Lodge is a two-bedroom cottage on the ground floor, sleeping four across a king bed in one room and two singles in the other. The open-plan living space centres on an electric woodburner, with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking – oven, hob, dishwasher and the rest – that opens onto a south-facing patio. Beyond that is an enclosed lawned garden with a barbecue. The shower room has a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; there's private parking for two cars and a bike store.
The location sits within reach of the Lincolnshire coast. Skegness is accessible by bus, with its funfair, seal sanctuary and aquarium, while Chapel St Leonards, Anderby Creek, Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe all lie along the shoreline nearby. Inland, good walks and cycle routes start from the property itself, with the rolling hills of the Wolds visible from the garden. A pub and shop are 500 yards away, and the area offers horse riding and coarse fishing for those interested. One small dog is welcome and stays free, and children of any age are catered for – a travel cot and highchair are available on request.
