The Nook

Families and larger groups will find The Nook works well for a seaside escape. Four bedrooms across two floors means everyone gets their own space: downstairs there are two rooms with single beds, a family bathroom, and a kitchen-diner opening onto the garden; upstairs, two further bedrooms with king-size beds and an ensuite. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, air fryer—and the living room has a woodburner for quieter evenings. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are all included, along with initial logs for the fire.

Outside, a patio and garden furniture make for decent entertaining, and there's a barbecue plus garden fridge. The property has private parking for three cars, an EV charging point, and bike storage. One dog stays free. Skegness itself is close by for traditional seaside attractions; Fantasy Island at Ingoldmells is nearby for funfair rides, while Gibraltar Point nature reserve lies about thirty minutes south. Inland, the market towns of Louth, Alford and Horncastle are worth exploring, and the Lincolnshire Wolds stretch across the region. No smoking throughout.
