About Field Farm
Whether you're after fishing or beach days, Field Farm makes a splendid base on the edge of the Lincolnshire coast. Set on a former dairy farm, this small holiday park retains its rural character with equestrian facilities on site and plenty of four-legged wildlife to spot. The real draw for many is the large, well-stocked fishing lake – home to around 6,000 bream, roach, rudd, carp and tench – with free fishing for overnight guests.
Accommodation comes well-equipped for outdoorsy stays: timber beds, log-burning stoves, sofas and plenty of throws for chilly evenings. Loos and showers sit in a separate block, and private kitchen facilities make self-catering straightforward. That said, there's something to be said for grabbing fish and chips at one of the nearby seaside towns. The nearest beach is about a mile away via a quiet green lane, while inland the historic market town of Alford is 15 minutes' drive and the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB just 20 minutes beyond.

What visitors say
We have just returned from a 2 night break and we have a fantastic time and made some amazing memories with our children. From the minute you pull into the gate you are made to feel incredibly welcome, all the staff we encountered on our stay were warm and approachable and eager to help. The facilities are amazing, we loved the cross country and especially the water feature to splash in. The highlight is as you would expect the beach, the riding there was superb and we got some lovely sunrise photos of the girls and ponies. We honestly didn’t want to leave. The caravan was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. I loved the little touches like shampoo to wash down the horses, washing up liquid by the sink and bedding included, those things really do make a difference. The horse facilities are perfect, big wash bay, big stables, well fenced paddocks and easily accessible hay and straw. What more could you ask for. Thank you for a lovely short break, we will definitely be back next year but will stay longer as there was so much to do we struggled to fit it all in.

All 4 of us stayed in the Daisy Pod for 2 nights, it was such a beautiful stay. My kids loved the park, all the animals. It was so peaceful, the food was beautiful we brought from the cafe. The whole place is immaculate and everyone is so friendly. I would highly recommend

Just back from a long weekend. Stables and yard immaculate with great facilities. Cottages cute comfortable and caravans just the same but cottages have a lovely view of paddocks. Staff so friendly and so helpful. Gorgeous little pond which looked full to the brim with fish. Looking forward to returning x

Our first visit to field farm. The place is amazing. Exceeded all expectations. The horses settled very well in their surroundings. We had a lovely ride down to the beach one day and a pop over the cross country fences then next. The staff were very friendly and keep the place is very good order. The tide times were explained to us and written on a board for us. Tools and equipment were easy access. The only critic I have was it would have been nice to have WiFi and access to the heating. But I am very much looking forward to another visit. Highly recommend.
