House 1 - Acorn Holiday Cottages

Skegness beach is minutes away, and the town centre's shops and seafront attractions equally close. House 1 sits on the quieter edge of things, which means you can reach the action without living in it. The cottage itself is compact and self-contained: a ground-floor living space with kitchen and separate toilet, upstairs bedroom and bathroom, one car space (space for two if needed), and a back garden with seating area and private hot tub for four. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. One small dog can stay free.

The bedroom has a 6ft super kingsize bed and Smart TV. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower over, and heated towel rail. Downstairs, the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The living area includes a Freeview Smart TV for quiet evenings in. A welcome pack is provided on arrival. The garden has two steps down to it, something to note if mobility is a concern. Smoking is not permitted in the property.
