Pool House - Acorn Holiday Cottages

East Lindsey's coastline sits minutes from Pool House, a single-bedroom cottage in the Skegness area. The beach and promenade are within walking distance, making it practical for guests who want seaside time without fuss. The village location means a quieter base than the town centre itself, though attractions and refreshments are nearby.

The property is yours alone, with a ground-floor living space that combines kitchen and sitting room, plus a separate toilet. Upstairs, one bedroom holds a zip-and-link bed (configured as either a super king or two singles), and a bathroom with bath and shower. The essentials—heating, power, wifi, bed linen and towels—are covered. The kitchen is set up for cooking proper meals, not just heating things up.

Outside, the back garden includes a private hot tub for four and a sitting area; there are two steps down to the garden. One small dog stays free. The property is non-smoking. Parking for two cars is provided on-site.
