East Lindsey's countryside makes a good base for the coast and the Lincolnshire Wolds. Mill House Farm is a five-bedroom house that sleeps 11, set up for extended families or groups. The whole property is yours alone; one well-behaved pet stays free. There's a hot tub for six and a private heated swimming pool (4m x 4m), plus a games room and a second sitting area away from the main living space—handy if you need quiet while others want entertainment.

The ground floor opens into a living room with woodburner and smart TV, a separate dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker and dishwasher. Bedroom 1, also on this level, is kingsize with an ensuite shower room. Upstairs are four more bedrooms: three kingsize and one with bunks and a single bed. A second shower room and a full bathroom serve the upper floors. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are included; initial logs for the woodburner come with the booking. The large garden has a patio and furniture, and there's parking for ten cars. No smoking inside the property.
