Sandy Lodge is a three-bedroom house in Chapel St Leonards, on the Lincolnshire coast. Everything is on the ground floor: a living room with a smart TV, a kitchen-diner with a full range of appliances including a dishwasher and washer-dryer, and three bedrooms—one with a king bed, two with pairs of single beds. There is one bathroom. The essentials are included: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
A back garden with seating and furniture provides outdoor space, and there is parking for two cars on site. The beach is within easy reach, and The Marina Fish & Chips is nearby for when cooking feels like too much effort. The property does not permit smoking. Note that there are two steps down into the garden.
