The Paddock

Sloothby is a quiet village in the Lincolnshire countryside, close enough to the coast for a day trip but far enough inland to feel properly removed. The Paddock sits here as a substantial family base: five bedrooms across two floors, three bathrooms, and genuinely separate spaces so that a group of 14 needn't live in each other's pockets. Downstairs spreads across a living room with smart TV, a kitchen-diner with electric cooking and dishwasher, and a games room with a dartboard and air hockey table. Upstairs adds more bedrooms. Two of the five rooms have pull-out beds as well as their main bed; two are twin rooms; one is a kingsize with an ensuite. Most bedrooms have their own shower cubicles and heated towel rails. A separate toilet sits on the ground floor.

The setup works for large groups because it has the infrastructure they actually need: laundry facilities, a hot tub for 12 in the back garden, a gym, barbecue and seating area outside, and parking for five cars. Essentials including bed linen, towels, electricity and wi-fi are covered. One dog is welcome. The property does not permit smoking. Travel cots and a highchair are available if you need them.
