The Paddocks Retreat is a single-storey conversion designed around comfort and ease. Everything sits on the ground floor: a living and dining space with a large television and streaming services, a kitchen fitted with an electric oven and induction hob, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. Two guests sleep here; one car can park on the drive, though space exists for two. The property is yours alone, not shared with owners or other visitors.
You'll find bed linen, towels and wifi included, along with heating via an air source heat pump and underfloor system. Outside is a private hot tub for two, a small gym, and a sitting area with garden furniture. There's an electric car charging point if you need it. The welcome pack covers the basics.
